What Makes LifeCycle Different?

LifeCycle is an indoor premier cycling studio which offers 35- 60-minute classes. We have designed a studio for everyone. Our classes cater to all levels of fitness, experience, and age. Our program features high-intensity cardio, muscle-sculpting strength training, and personal Performance IQ training. Our personal performance training will empower you to do things you never through possible, while getting you in the best shape of your life. But it’s so much more than just a workout — it’s a powerful mind-body experience.

We ride to fly, to feel to touch, to breathe, to laugh, to sore, to overcome, to feel strong, to heal, to prove them wrong, to love and be loved back, to communicate without words, to be bold, to be warriors, to relax, to belong, we rise together, and we ride to live.

Arrive Early.

Get to the studio 15 minutes before class and let the front desk or instructor know it’s your first time at LifeCycle. They’ll give you a tour and help you set up your bike.

How to Sign In.

Find your name and bike number on the sign-in sheet at the front desk. Check the map to see where your bike is situated in the studio room.

What to Wear.

Come as you are in your favorite workout clothes: shorts or leggings with a tank or tee.

Cycling Shoes.

Our bikes are designed to be clipped into or you can wear normal shoes. If you have cycling shoes bring them.

Keep Hydrated.

We work up some serious heat on the bike, so it’s important to hydrate for class. We have water at the studio — bring a bottle to fill up or grab one at the front desk.


How do I get on the waitlist?

If a class is full, you can choose to be added to the waitlist. If you get a spot, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

If someone in your wait listed class cancels their reservation after 4:30 PM local time the day prior, the first person on the wait list will receive an email.

How do I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel online, just make sure to cancel by 5pm the night before your ride to avoid a late cancellation fee.

Is there a penalty for canceling class?

You must cancel by 10 hours the day before your scheduled class to avoid penalty. If you cancel after the 10-hour window, you will be charged a fee or a series.

How can I switch class times?

After you’ve made a reservation, you can cancel and re-book into the class time that works best for you! Our cancellation deadline is 10 hours the day before the class.

What happens if I'm running late to class?

We know unexpected delays happen which is why we allow a 5-minute window after the start of class for you to enter. After 5 minutes, latecomers will not be let in to protect the safety of our riders.

Riders can call the studio to let the instructor know you are running late. If you will be 10 minutes late we will not allow you to ride for the day.

Do you have locker rooms and showers?

We do not have locker room or showers.

Do you offer Childcare?

We do not offer child care

Do I need to be experienced?

All levels of fitness, experience, and age welcome. You get to decide how hard you make the ride. It’s your ride, we give you suggestions to take your fitness to new heights.

Sold Out/Walk-Ins

If you are late and have a reservation for a sold-out class you may lose your spot.


If the class you want is sold out you may add yourself to the waitlist. If there are cancellation you are automatically added to the class by email. If you put yourself on the waitlist and there is an opening, you are now in the class and cancellation and no show policy applies.

No Shows/Class Swapping

Bikes will be released 5 minutes before class to those that show up or are on a wait list. You may swap classes if in the 10-hour rule.
